Placed 4th was the exciting Lusitano mare Batuta, (best know under Portuguese rider Goncalo Carvalho) is now ridden by Spanish Sergio Martin Palos (71,740%). Again as no 5 was Anders Dahl with his 2nd horse Sir Donato (70,680%), and 6th place was again Adelinde Cornelissen with Zephyr (69,500%), while Danish combination Ulrik Mølgaard and Michigan also came 6th (69,500%).
Danish judge Jesper Holst Hansen who is judging some of the French Young Horses and ponies, was able to have a seat beside British judge at E, Mr. Andrew Gardner today. And Jesper Holst Hansen had of course a few comments about the top placements today.
"Adelinde Cornelissen showed a lovely test with nice uphill tendency, for some moments the neck became a bit too short.
Danish Anders Dahl was placed with both his horses. With Sir Donato Dahl showed a nice supple and smooth test in a good frame, unfortunately the walk became a bit unbalanced and therefore also expensive for the total score.
With his 2nd horse Selten HW Dahl showed a good test, where the first piaffe lacking some more energy and elevation, and comes a bit too much forward. The overall picture was clear developed since the Danish national Championships back in June.
Danish Ulrik Mølgaard and Michigan showed lovely extensions and half passes, while the energy and suspension is lacking a bit for the piaffe tours." tells Jesper Holst Hansen.
